Use The Shopping Cart

If you use the Shopping Cart, you will be redirected to a secured webpage for the Checkout process. You can always tell when you are in a secured webpage because the URL will be "https://" instead of "http://", and there will be a LOCK icon in the status bar of the window which is usually located on the bottom right-hand side of the screen.

Phone In Your Order

Call our sales staff at 972-979-8753 and verbally place your order. You will asked to either provide your credit card information and a contact phone number in case of an error during the card authorization process, or to provide an alternative form of payment (cashier's check, money order, or PayPal).

You can either include a contact phone number and an indication of when to call so we can get your credit card information, or you can use the email trick listed below to safely email us your credit card information.

Shipping Information
For orders that include shields and for international orders, please add the shipping fee. Shipping Costs depend on what form of shipment you specify and how many items are in the order. For domestic shipments of single items using FEDEX Home Delivery - the strongly recommended option - the cost of shipping per order is generally about:

$12: One EagleFlex shield
$15: One Forgotten Dreams shield
+$5: Each additional short sword
+$5: Each additional Baldric
+$6: Each additional long sword
+$7: Each additional shield

Note that orders of multiple items incur lower shipping charges. The more items that are in the order, the less per-unit the shipping costs will be. Furthermore, most orders can be placed into a single box, and we try really hard to do this to minimize the cost of shipping.

Another way to determine the shipping cost for your order is to place the order using the website - as if you were going to use a credit card to pay for the order - except that after you get to the Shipping Options page of the Checkout process, you simply do not proceed to the final step. Please look at how the shipping calculator works and note that we refund shipping overcharges.

If paying by credit card, the following information is required:

Card name (Visa or Mastercard)
Card number
Name as it appears on the card
Card expiration date
Card validation number (the right-most 3-digit number from the back of the card)
Card phone number (from the back of the card)
A valid phone number for you
A valid email address for you

Safe Email Trick

In order to safely send credit card information via email, send 5 separate email messages with the following information in each message:

Email #1 contains the 1st 4 digits of your card number and the type of card (VISA or Mastercard)
Email #2 contains the 2nd set of 4 digits of your card number and the expiration date
Email #3 contains the 3rd set of 4 digits of your card number and the billing address
Email #4 contains the last 4 digits of your card number and the name as it appears on the card
Email #5 contains the last three digits of the number on the back of the card.

We will assemble this information, use it to make the purchase, then delete it; we never keep credit card information.

After the puchase has been completed, we will email you a receipt for the credit card transaction.

An order number will be issued to you as soon as your order has been received.
A verification of shipment will be sent to you via email as soon as your payment has cleared and we have shipped your order.
We will contact you if any difficulties are encountered.
